Richmond Anim Damoah is an SDG Goal 4 & 5 advocate, a STEM enabler through the STEM Woman Project and the STEMWorld Media and a passionate women empowerment advocate. Whiles at the Ghana Institute of Journalism, Richmond started Echo of Leadership Africa with the sole aim of developing, empowering and connecting the next generation of African leaders. Richmond later started RAD Communications in 2016 with focus on events management. RAD Communications has grown into a total communications, events management and marketing company with amazing initiatives, products and services.  As the Chief Executive of the RAD Africa Holdings, he develops the strategic vision and plan for the companies and drives the team spirit to achieving greatness as a company. Under the RAD Africa Holdings, we have Echo of Leadership Africa, RAD Communications Limited, Media & Technology Institute of Ghana, Vote Digital, Ghana Tertiary Women’s Network, RADCare Foundation and Switch EBS.                                  

With over five years’ experience, Richmond has been nominated for several awards including the Ghana Business Awards, Forty Under 40 Awards, Ghana Startup Awards and many others.
